How long does it take to process/ship/receive my order?

We process all orders as quickly as possible and our current lead time is approximately 3 business days.

We ship each weekday, excluding holidays. Total shipping cost appears at checkout, based on the selected level of service. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Standard Shipping: Ships within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

For expedited orders or those shipping outside of the continental United States: Please complete our Contact Form with the details of your shipping request.

Will you ship my order to a friend? It’s a gift!

Absolutely! If you are purchasing a gift to be shipped to a different recipient, please simply list the recipient's address as the shipping address when you checkout.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Gilbert, Arizona

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique nature of our product, we do not offer preferential returns or exchanges.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly ship you a replacement at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must inform our customer care team of the damaged shipment within 10 days of delivery. If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery date of your product, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange.

To notify our team of a damaged delivery, please email your invoice number, along with a photo of the damaged item, to our customer care team at hello@lumitory.com. They will advise you of the process for facilitating your replacement.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

Can I add to my order after it’s been placed?

Once our system receives your order it is immediately transferred to processing and shipping, at which point we are unable to make any changes to your order. Orders process as quickly as possible.

Where can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order you will receive email communication with the status of your order. As soon as your order is packaged and shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can check to receive real-time updates on delivery estimates.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, it is unable to be canceled or modified.
