*Holiday Shipping: Our goal is to make your holiday season the best one ever with every gift in hand and on time! For Christmas delivery, we recommend placing orders by 12/13/21. We will continue shipping through 12/20/21, and then LUMITORY will take a pause to enjoy the holidays. Any orders placed during our break will be accepted and shipping will resume by 1/7/22.   

Lumitory ships each weekday, excluding holidays. Total shipping cost appears at checkout, based on selected level of service. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

Standard Shipping: Ships within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

For expedited orders or those shipping outside of the continental United States: Please complete our Connect Form with the details of your shipping request.



Due to the unique nature of our product, we do not offer preferential returns.



If your product arrives in damaged condition, we will gladly ship you a replacement at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must inform our customer care team of the damaged shipment within 10 days of delivery. If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery date of your product, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange.

To notify our team of a damaged delivery, please email your invoice number, along with a photo of the damaged item, to our customer care team at They will advise you of the process for facilitating your replacement.
