Supper Club Chef James Johnston
James Johnston grew up in a family of restauranteurs and farmers. So, it was only natural to meld the two and create a restaurant in the family's old barn, and supply it with produce from the now organic urban farm that was once their cotton field. James is the creative head chef + owner of Fire & Brimstone at Barnone in Gilbert. He specializes in simple wood-fired cooking that changes seasonally depending on what is growing at the time on The Farm at Agritopia.
